Bring a method of secured payment
A personal or business check drawn on a United States bank, signed by a person with a valid U.S. driver’s license; cash; or a pre-approved cashier’s check on a United States bank.
Bring identification
A valid U.S. driver’s license.
Agents & non-U.S. bidders

No credit cards or digital transactions.
Absentee & Online Bidding
United States citizen with a U.S. bank account
Complete and return the Letter of Credit form, or call the office for the escrow of sale funds option.
All others, including Canadians
